Jacklyn M. PennaJacklyn M. Penna, Partner, was admitted to the bar in June 1996 after receiving her J.D. from Ohio Northern University and her B.A. from Ithaca College. She became an associate with the firm in April 1997. Ms. Penna is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations. Ms. Penna authored a chapter regarding permanency and loss of wage earning capacity in the New York State Bar Association publication, “Workers’ Compensation Law and Practice in New York”. She is also a member of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Ms. Penna has also been an Attorney Advisor for the Churchville-Chili High School Mock Trial Team and is currently an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College where she teaches Administrative Law.
